PICKLES caters for your day from morning to night: breakfasts, coffee breaks, corporate lunches, sandwich platters, individual plates, hot and cold buffets, after-work drinks, cocktail receptions and events.

The webshop is dedicated to deliveries. For an event with service on site, equipment or a bespoke package, our sales team will take care of your request: email us at hello@pickles.brussels.
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your preferred delivery time. Weekends do not count towards this period:

an order placed at 10 a.m. on Monday can be delivered from 10 a.m. on Wednesday;

an order placed at 10 a.m. on Friday can be delivered from 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

The webshop automatically calculates the available time slots: dates that are too close do not appear in the calendar. For a major event or a specific request, please contact us as early as possible.

Is there a minimum quantity or order value?

Yes, two rules apply:

a minimum order value of €150 across all products;
a minimum quantity per product, shown on each product page and applied automatically in your basket.

The main guidelines are as follows:

Buffets and breakfasts	15 people
Hot buffets and buffet-style salads	20 people
Verrines	40 pieces
Mini cocktail verrines	60 pieces

You order according to the number of people.

Our sandwiches come in boxes of 20 pieces, serving four people. Once you have reached the 10-person minimum, the quantities offered may therefore be adjusted to match the pack sizes available in the webshop.
The webshop will not allow you to complete an order that does not meet the conditions. This enables us to guarantee product quality and delivery at the agreed time.

If your request falls outside these conditions, for example a shorter lead time, a smaller quantity or weekend delivery, please email us. Depending on our schedule, we may sometimes be able to accommodate your request, subject to a surcharge of at least 15%.
Yes. Private customers can also order from PICKLES for delivery in Brussels.

Changes: contact us as soon as possible. Any change made after confirmation may result in a price adjustment.

Cancellations: notify us at least 36 hours before delivery. After this deadline, any perishable goods already ordered or prepared will be charged in full.

Fewer guests: if the number of guests falls by more than 10%, prices may be revised.

The charge depends on your chosen time slot:

The lunchtime slot offers the best value, as we group our deliveries during this period. The exact charge is shown in your basket before you confirm your order.

A delivery that includes equipment may require additional transport.
The webshop delivers from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and Belgian public holidays are not available in the calendar.

Weekend delivery is still possible for an event organised with our sales team. The minimum order value is €3,000 on Saturdays and €5,000 on Sundays and public holidays.
Yes. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address and time provided. Remember to specify the floor, the name to ask for at reception and a phone number where you can be reached on the day.

We allow a 30-minute margin for unexpected traffic delays. Once the delivery has been completed, the products are your responsibility.
